Consolidated Construction Focus Groups A focus group typically consists of 7-10 people who are unfamiliar with one another. The participants are selected because they share certain characteristics in common that relate to the topic of the focus group. The moderator or interviewer creates a permissive and nurturing environment that encourages different perceptions and points of view, without pressuring participants to vote, plan, or reach a consensus. The group discussion is conducted several times with similar types of participants in order to identify trends and patterns of perception. Careful and systematic analysis of the discussions provides clues and insights into how a product, service, or opportunity is perceived by the group. The goal of Consolidated Construction Services, Inc. is to gain insight into our strengths and weaknesses so we may better serve our customers by incorporating the ideas and suggestions of an outside source into our strategy.
