Walter L. Lumpp, President
Walter is a State Certified Building Contractor and is the President of Consolidated Construction Services, Inc. Walter majored in Finance, Insurance and Business Law at Virginia Tech. He has managed several major restoration companies in the state of Virginia over the past 25 years. Walter is certified with IICRC in Water Restoration and Mold Remediation. Walter also consults with other companies nationwide in proper restoration procedures.
Bob Hage, Sales and Vice President of Estimating
Bob is a Sales/Estimator with Consolidated Construction Services, Inc. Before joining the company, Bob had been a Project Coordinator Contractor with F & W Property Management Company for 5 years. Previously he has 18 years of experience in the construction industry in supervising new construction and in remodeling. Bob is certified with the IICRC in Water Damage, Advanced Odor Control and Advanced Fire Restoration.
Jeff Jones, Sales/Estimator
Jeff is a Sales/Estimator with Consolidated Construction Services, Inc. He brings 25 years of business experience. Jeff is a Master Electrician; Master HVAC Technician; Master Gas Fitter; certified in Data Communications; a certified EPA Technician; and is certified with IICRC in Water Restoration.
Al Smith, Marketing Director
Al serves Consolidated Construction Services, Inc.in Marketing and Business Development. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering from Nashville State Community College, Organizational Management and Development and from Bluefield College, and his Master of Science from Villanova University. Al has 25 year’s experience in Marketing, Sales, Estimating, Project Management, and Business Development, in both commercial and residential construction. He is certified by the National Association of Homebuilders in Sales & Marketing for Remodelers and Insurance Reconstruction. Previously he held the position of Vice President of National Sales for Metwood Inc. He served as Chairman of the Commercial Building Council with the Roanoke Regional Homebuilders Association, and was also their 1999 Rookie of the year award recipient. Al is a Vietnam Veteran serving with Seal Team 1 (UDT 21).
Larry Janney, Project Manager
Larry is a Project Manager for Consolidated Construction Services, Inc. Before joining the team 7 years ago, Larry spent 25 years in the flooring industry. Larry is certified with the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Advanced Odor Conrol, Advanced Fire Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. He has also completed courses with Indoor Air Management and Mold/Sewage Remediation.
Ryan Black, Project Manager
As a Project Manager with Consolidated Construction Services, Inc. Ryan has extensive experience as a foreman for an area company specializing in repairing trusses, wll panels and windows. Ryan also brings knowledge of restoring emergency services and rebuilding power lines from work experience with a local electrical company.
